LeBron James has been the face of the NBA for more than two decades now. He brought championships to the Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Lakers, and Miami Heat. All of this success came with a lot of fame and even more money. What did he do with his earnings aside from big business ventures? Well, a large chunk of it went to real estate as he found multiple homes throughout the country.
The Lakers forward has bought a total of five mansions throughout his NBA career. His very first real estate purchase was a $2.1 million house in Cleveland which had eight bathrooms, six bedrooms, and even featured a barbershop. Other amenities in this house included a bowling alley and a sports bar.
When he moved to the Heat, it was just fitting that LeBron James also bought a home in Miami. The mansion was valued at $13.4 million when he sold it. This piece of real estate was thee stories tall and even had private waterside balcony alongside a dock for two boats.
James would later on buy two more properties in Brentwood which were valued at $19.6 million and $23.5 million. The NBA legend has a very diverse real estate background. It is safe to say that he really knows where to invest his money.
