Meet Michelle Moyer, Trinity Rodman's mother

Dennis Rodman was not the most present father in the lives of his children. They may share the same athletic prowess as the Chicago Bulls and Detroit Pistons legend but there similarities often stop there. A lot of the other attributes in Trinity Rodman's personality, for example, were taken from her mother. Let's get to meet Michelle Moyer and how she raised her children.
Michelle Moyer was not at all a slack in the world of sports. She played track back in her younger years which could explain why both DJ and Trinity Rodman have absurd talents in their own field. This is also why The Worm took a liking for her and they got married in 2003. Despite trying, their relationship just did not work out and it ended in a divorce.
She was the one who had to take care of both the growing women's football star and the basketball player. Even Trinity noted that Moyer should be getting the same, if not more, recognition for raising them: “Having a dad like I do, no one asks about my mom because she’s obviously not an NBA star. But I just want people to know that my mom’s been my support system in everything in life. She’s an extremely strong woman. She’s my role model."
As a mother, she has never failed to go to both DJ and Trinity's games while they were just making a name for themselves. While she never gets as much credit for their athletic gifts, Moyer should be given more love when it comes to nurturing her children. Hopefully, football and basketball fans realize this such that she gets credit.
