The NBA is home to a lot of absurd measurements in the world. Things like the longest three-pointer made or the largest shoe size of any athlete have all found their answers in the association. One of them includes the biggest hand size of any professional basketball athlete. Boban Marjanovic is surely in this conversation but it might shock a lot of fans that he does not have the biggest handspan in the league.
Boban Marjanovic has been on a lot of NBA teams throughout his run. He played with the Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Clippers, Philadelphia 76ers, and Dallas Mavericks. His freakish stature at 7-foot-4 is great for rim protection, lobs, and rebounding but has not been able to help him notch a solid rotational spot. In fact, most squads in the league just sign him such that they have a positive presence in the locker room.
Despite this, Marjanovic still makes anyone that stands beside him look very small. Whenever a ball is placed on the palm of his hand, he could very well grip it like an apple for the normal person. His handspan is about 12 inches but this falls short of being the largest in the NBA. That honor still belongs to 'The Klaw' Kawhi Leonard. However, the tall giant does sit at second which is still pretty neat.
Overall, Boban Marjanovic has the second largest hands in all of the league. He is only behind a certain Los Angeles Clippers star who's branding greatly relies on his insane handspan. Nonetheless, the big man has still contributed a lot to the teams that he has been a part of despite not playing much.
