Celtics star Derrick White’s wife, Hannah Schneider

The discourse around Derrick White since the turn of the 2020s has been phenomenal. Whether it’s the fact that he finally found his fit with the Boston Celtics or his rapidly improving jumpshot, there is always something positive to say about his on-court greatness. Who does he have to thank for all these? For starters, his coaches have done a phenomenal job but also Hannad Schneider, his wife, has also been very supportive of him.
Derrick White and Hannah Schneider met when they were still at the University of Colorado. Since destiny crossed their paths in 2015, they never took their eyes off one another anymore. When he was selected by the San Antonio Spurs in 2017 and made the move to the Boston Celtics in 2022, Schneider was still by his side.
They then got engaged in 2020 and got married a year later. The Celtics star and Schneider now currently have two kids, Hendrix James and Daxton. When they became parents, White made a big promise to his family: “I think being there, being present and supporting them is a big thing because that’s pretty much what my dad was. Him and my mom were always there, so just having that as a role model has definitely meant a lot to me. I just want to pass it down to the next generation, to Hendrix and Daxton. So far it’s been fun.”
