1. Larry Allen
Position: Guard

Larry Allen is one of the most powerful players ever to step onto the NFL field, regardless of which players might avoid the weight room in the years to come.

He garnered seven first-team All-Pro selections and eleven Pro-Bowl appearances during a career that culminated with his enshrinement into the Football Hall of Fame in 2013.
2. Jim Brown

Sopoaga recorded a 500 pound bench, 700 plus squat and 42 reps on the bench at 225 at the NFL Combine.
