Tim Hardaway Sr. is one of the all-time killer guards. In the NBA Hardaway has been quite good over his seven-year career. In his 13th year career, he posted a stat line 17.7 points per game, with 8 assists and 1.6 steals. He also averaged above 20 points per game for five seasons. Hardaway was a dog from deep; he enjoyed throwing the basketball through the hoop, and his career 3-point shooting percentage was 35.
Hardaway was a winner beyond his individual stats. In his first playoff appearance in 1992, he led the Miami Heat and was taken on by Michael Jordan's Bulls to their latest Eastern Conference Finals. He was also an important bench player for the 1995-96 New York Knicks, who went to the NBA Eastern Conference Finals.
