Ongoing investigations are still trying to decipher who broke into Luka Doncic's property in Texas. Since the end of 2024, there has been a growing trend of high-profile robberies, and most of them involved athletes. It was unfortunate that the Dallas Mavericks star fell victim to his and had to recuperate all of the belongings that were taken away from him. However, how much is the valuation of his house?
Luka Doncic has been with the Mavericks since the 2018 season. Mark Cuban and the front office initially selected Trae Young but fate led them not toch the franchise superstar over the Eastern Conference All-Star. Since then, he has gotten a lot of accolades and even came close to winning the NBA's Most Valuable Player of the Year award a couple of times. All of this has helped notch quite a big bag and it does not look like he is shifting teams soon.
So, it just made sense for Doncic to settle in Dallas. He purchases a Preston Hollow mansion in 2020 which signified that he was going to stay with the Mavericks for a long time. The franchise superstar bought the property at around $2.7 million. It has a garage that could fit four cars alongside a pavilion, swimming pool, a garden, five bathrooms, and four bed rooms. All of the pennies that the star spent was very much worth it on this property.
There is something about Doncic and Dallas that just seem like a perfect match. Since the torched was passed to him by Dirk Nowitzki, it made sense that he would try and stay with the Mavericks for as long as he can. After all, they did just make it to the NBA Finals and a lot more success is coming for him as Doncic is just 24 years old.
