Well, finding the best arm wrestler of all-time is very easy. After all, John Brzenk already has the nickname of GOAT. This undisputed title comes from the fact that he has amassed a lot of glory and maintained his longevity despite factors like aging. How dominant was he? Well to cut the story short, he won a little more than 500 championships in his storied career.
His triumphs wins in arm wrestlings' middleweight and heavyweight divisions. Brzenk got his own share of fame when Sylvester Stallone and Over The Top reached out to him such a that he could play a role in the movie. His most recent bout was also a success. He won with a 3-0 scoreline against Leonidas Arkona after having come up with just a singular victory throughout 2023.
Brzenk clearly loves the sport. After all, he has been competing in it since 1982. There are not a lot of pioneers who still end up as the greatest in their sport but he is surely an exception. This legend still has a long career ahead of him despite being 60 years old. Hopefully, he continues to find the strength to dominate.
