Simone Biles was born in Columbus, Ohio, on 14th March 1997. Born into a harsh environment, she had to spend time in foster care as an infant when her biological mother was addicted to drugs. Fortunately, her life took a turn for the better when she was adopted by maternal grandparents Ronald and Nellie Biles, who are now considering authoritative roles as parents. This adoption gave Simone the permanent home she needed to continue with gymnastics as her passion.
