Can Gout Gout beat Usain Bolt's record?

Some have thought that Usain Bolt's record would last for many decades to come because of his insane athleticism and long strides. However, it might not even take a decade after his retirement before Gout Gout swoops in and shatters them. Obviously, it has not happened yet but fans have good reason to think that the Australian could beat the legend in the record books in no time. Will he be able to do so?
Well, he already has in some form. Gout Gout had already broken Usain Bolt's U18 world juniors championship record at the 200-meter sprint. The Australian recorded 20.04 seconds which was way faster than the legend's 20.13 seconds at his age. Obviously, he still has room to grow but the comparisons to Bolt get to him at times.
Despite many thinking that he could be the next generation's version of Bolt, Gout largely just wants to be himself on the track: “I do see it. My stride length is pretty long, my knee height is pretty high and just the amount of tallness I get when I’m running. I’m just me trying to be me, trying to be Gout Gout. Obviously, I do run like him. I do sometimes look like him, but obviously, I’m making a name for myself, and I think I’ve done that pretty well. I just want to continue doing that and continue to be not only Usain Bolt but continue to be Gout Gout.”
There is still so much track for him to run in his career. After all, Gout is just starting out and will likely face his own adversities before even making it to the Olympics. Nonetheless, he is the world's best bet to beat the insane record set by Bolt.
