Nearly a decade after her last Olympics, fans of gymnastics still have a soft spot in their heart for Gabby Douglas. She is especially a symbol for many African-American aspirants after winning a gold medal in the Rio Olympics alongside other members of Team USA gymnastics' Fierce Five. With all of these stressors in her life, does she have a romantic interest?
Gabby Douglas is single. This two-time Olympian and three-time Olympics gold medalist with Team USA gymnastics has kept herself busy in giving back alongside making a name for herself. All of this means that she also does not have kids to take care of.
Instead, Douglas was focused on making the 2024 Team USA squad for the Paris Olympics. Unfortunately, an ankle injury derailed her chances of joining legends like Suni Lee and Simone Biles. There is no confirmation if she is going to continue her career after rehabilitating from the ailment.
For now, it does seem right that Douglas put herself and her gymnastics career first. After all, she is nearing the age of 30 and it signals the twilight of her run. Hopefully, she makes it back to the big mats of the Olympics.
