How similar are Deion Sanders and Brock Lesnar?

Many athletes tend to dabble into multiple sports as they grew up. Obviously, there are some exceptional talents who get to play for more than one of the greatest leagues. Deion Sanders comes to mind and so does Brock Lesnar. You read that latter name right! Let's find out their similarities.
Brock Lesnar is not a multi-sport athlete because he was in the WWE and UFC. Despite the two counting as different leagues, they are still in the realm of martial arts. Like Deion Sanders, this behemoth of a man found some love while playing on the gridiron. In fact, he was even on an NFL roster at one point in his career.
The Minnesota Vikings were the ones who gave him a shot. He tried out for the squad and eventually got an offer. However, it was a deal that was very easy to refuse. This is because the franchise was about to send him to NFL Europe but he wanted to stay in the USA to pursue football.
So, the Vikings just had to cut Lesnar from their squad. This meant that he could pursue professional wrestling and balance it out with some MMA during his spare time. Clearly, he knew that there would be a lot of opportunities coming which is why jumping at the first contract given was simply not an option.
