Can the Rams win the NFC West after their upset over Bills?

When the Rams started 1-4, it felt like the team had buried their season. However, Sean McVey pointed to injuries to Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua, and told his team not to give up. As the Rams got healthier, they began to win, and after their latest upset, the team finds themselves with a real chance to win the NFC West.
Los Angeles is now 7-6, and has a winning record for the first time all year. Their win's over Buffalo (10-3) and Minnesota (11-2) prove they can beat good teams, and keep up with the best of them.
Most importantly, the Rams have head-to-head win over the Seahawks, who currently lead the NFC West at 8-5. That means the Rams just need to win out to win the division, as they still have a home game remaining against Seattle. If the Rams win out and beat the Seahawks in Week 18, they would win the division with the tiebreaker.
However, they may not even need to win out. The Seahawks still have games against the Packers (9-4) and Vikings (11-2), so the chances Seattle loses at least one more game are high. The Rams can likely afford one more loss, as long as it isn't to Seattle, and they would still win the division.
Matthew Stafford has been on fire, as have his receivers Cooper Kupp, Puka Nacua and Demarcus Robinson. Sean McVey has been dialing up a high-flying offense. And Kyren Williams continues to be automatic running the football, with touchdowns in ten of the teams 13 games this season.
If the Rams can find a way into the playoffs, they would be a dangerous team to face, because they will have been one of the hottest teams in the NFL since October. It's something that's happened before. Just last year, the Rams overcame a 3-6 start to finish 7-1 and make the playoffs as the No. 6 seed. From there, they gave the Lions a tough fight in the Wild Card round, nearly pulling up the upset over Matthew Stafford's former team.
Stafford and McVey are Super Bowl champions, and should not be taken lightly. The Rams have caught fire, and suddenly look like a great bet to win the west and make the playoffs.
