Many people know that the staff and players on the Dallas Cowboys will not be there forever but their owner will. This is why he often gets a lot of stressors in his life which cannot be good for a person of his age. So, it is just fitting that he has a luxury home that is able to accommodate his every need due to the demands of running the most valued NFL franchise.
Jerry Jones has a net worth of $8 billion. While he has other business ventures and oil responsibilities, most of this cash comes from running the Dallas Cowboys. This means that he needs to stay near their facilities and home field in order to oversee the operations. It all prompted him to buy a property at Highland Park back in 1992.
The Cowboys owner's house has six bed rooms and seven bathrooms which are all perfectly wrapped up by marble flooring. Not to mention, it also has a spacious garage alongside other amenities like a pool, spa, and tennis court. This property is measured at 14,044 square feet which is extremely huge.
Back in the day, it just cost him about $6 million to buy the mansion. Due to inflation and how land appreciates over time, the valuation of Jones' home skyrocketed up to $28.12 million. This is is nearly five times more than the initial value of it. It could be because of how great the upkeep has been, the historical significance of the place for sports, and the renovations done on it.
