Robert Saleh's Wife
Robert Saleh was the Head Coach of the New York Jets for parts of four seasons. He never had a winning season as Head Coach, but was also a prolific defensive coordinator who helped the 49ers reach a Super Bowl in 2020.
Saleh is married to Sanaa Saleh, his wife of 17 years, and the couple have seven children together. The recently fired head coach will now be able to spend more time with his family, and perhaps that is a good thing.
Who is Sanaa Saleh?
Sanaa Saleh married Robert Saleh in 2007, and is the mother of seven children.
She also runs a non-profit organization, called Sanaa’s Stars, which helps combat child sex abuse.
Nonprofit
Sanaa founded her charity in 2019. According to its website, its mission is to “work tirelessly to make a positive impact on the lives of these vulnerable children, partnering with individuals and organizations who share the same passion.”
Her philanthropy efforts have been honorable, but it's not her only mission in life.
My Cause, My Cleats
Sanaa and Robert Saleh collaborated as a part of the My Cause, My Cleats campaign in December 2022. The campaign involved Jets players wearing customed cleats to showcase the causes that they care about. Robert Saleh wore custom cleats marked with the “Sanaa’s Stars” logo written in blue.
Family Life
The couple was married in 2007 before Robert landed his first NFL coaching gig. Robert’s best man was fellow NFL head coach Matt LaFleur, who he had become close friends with while they both served as graduate assistants at Central Michigan University.
The couple has seven kids together, including five boys and two girls. Their sons are Adam, Zane, Michael, Sam, and Jacob, while their daughters are Mila and Ella.
Sanaa and her kids occasionally have been spotted at Jets games to cheer on Robert and his team.
