Brandon Spikes is a former professional American football player who played as a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He was born on September 3, 1987, in Shelby, North Carolina. Spikes played college football for the University of Florida Gators, where he was a standout player and helped the team win two BCS National Championships in 2006 and 2008.
College Career
During his college career, Brandon Spikes established himself as one of the top linebackers in the nation. He was known for his exceptional instincts, physicality, and ability to make big plays. In 2008, he was a finalist for the Butkus Award, which is given to the best linebacker in college football. Spikes decided to forgo his senior year and entered the NFL Draft after his junior season.
NFL Career
