How did Mandy Shanahan and Coach Kyle Shanahan meet?

Coach Kyle Shanahan has gone through a lot of trials in his life whether it's on or off the football field. For starters, he is still trying to find a path for the San Francisco 49ers to win the Super Bowl. All of these tribulations would make an avid fan of football think that he was a protagonist in some sort of coming-of-age movie. His relationship with his wife, Mandy Shanahan, will definitely make one see how cinematic his life is.
Kyle Shanahan always had big shoes to fill because of Coach Mike Shanahan's legacy. He followed his father around wherever and ended up developing a fantastic football mind of his own. Eventually, it would lead him to Cherry Creek High School in Colorado where he would meet Mandy.
Now, one might ask: why was Kyle in Colorado? It was because Coach Mike was the head honcho of the Denver Broncos back then and his whole family relocated with him. Kyle and Mandy hit it off but would break up because they pursued very different paths for college. Mandy stayed and enrolled in the University of Colorado while Kyle found his footing with the Texas Longhorns.
Years later, the two reconnected and never lost sight of one another again. They got married in 2005. Their love gave way for the birth of three children too: Stella, Carter, and Lexi. Up until now, they have been inseparable as Mandy is constantly seen on the sidelines whenever the 49ers play at Levi's Stadium.
