A lot of speculation still surfaces about how Aaron Hernandez died. The former New England Patriots tight end reportedly died by suicide but his family did survive him. Along with his ex-fiancee Shayanna Jenkins, he has one kid that was left behind after getting charged with the murder of Odin Lloyd and his death. Who is this kid and where are they now?
Well, Aaron Hernandez and Shayanna Jenkins welcomed their first child in 2012. Back then, the couple were not yet thinking of marriage. However due to the imminent birth of their child, the Patriots tight end proposed to Jenkins. Avielle Janelle is the name of their eldest and she was born on the same day as her father. By this time, she is still a student and with her mother.
Avielle was just seven months old when Hernandez got arrested. Despite this, the former Patriots tight end was still a very caring father. Hernandez had a lot of hopes for his daughter despite the tough time that he was facing: "Daddy will never leave you! I'm entering to the timeless realm in which I can enter into any form at any time because everything that could happen or not happened I see all at once! Life is eternal—believe!!!"
Apparently, Avielle shares a lot of traits with his deceased father. Instead of channeling her energy into football, she found her passion in dancing. Hopefully, she is raised right despite not getting much time with Hernandez before he died.
