Boxing legend George Foreman has been married five times, which sure makes his personal life interesting. And each of his marriages has its own story — how long the marriage lasted, and what controversies transpired.
First Wife: Adrienne Calhoun (1971– 1974)
Foreman married Adrienne Calhoun on December 23, 1971 in his first marriage. Another problem the couple had to deal with was Foreman's infidelity; he started an affair with Pamela Clay, mother of his eldest son George Edward Jr. The marriage was dissolved in February 1974. Adrienne and George had a daughter, Michi.
Second Wife: Cynthia Lewis (1977 – 1979)
Foreman wed former Miss Black Teenage America Cynthia Lewis in 1977. They had a stormy marriage, and Lewis accused Foreman of both physical and emotional abuse. She said she was not allowed to watch TV or wear short-sleeved t-shirts, pants, or jewelry. Around 1979, the couple split a divorce.
Third Wife: Sharon Goodson (1981-1982)
Foreman underwent his third marriage to Sharon Goodson (1981–82), a period of less than 18 months. There were no children from the marriage.
Fourth Wife: Andrea Skeete (1982-1985)
Foreman married Andrea Skeete in 1982, and they were divorced by 1985. The marriage resulted to George Foreman III and Freeda. Freeda had a short career in professional boxing before her death.
Fifth Wife (Current): Mary Joan Martelly (1985 – Present)
In 1985, Foreman got married to his present cohabitation spouse Mary Joan Martelly. They got married and have had five children: George IV, George V, George VI., Leola, and Natalie. The couple also have two adopted children, Isabella Brandie Lilja in 2009 and Courtney Isaac — a boy — in 2012.

Foreman has five sons, all named George, five biological daughters namely Michi, Natalia, Leola, Georgetta, and Freeda, and two adopted daughters Isabella and Courtney.
