Football is the most popular sport in the world. So, it comes to no one's surprise that even the reporters are very well-known in every corner of the Earth. A notable name in the industry in Kate Abdo. She is often seen before fixtures with legends like Thierry Henry as they dissect the different clubs that are about to clash on a constant basis. However, a lot have not kept up with her personal life. For instance, not many know about her split with Ramtin Abdo and how she kept his surname.
You read that right! Ramtin and Kate Abdo got divorced back in 2016. The two met and got married in 2010 but just could not find much happiness in their marriage. It was largely because Kate was busy with keeping her on-air schedule while Ramtin also had to deal with his business along with the investments he laid down.
However, this does not mean that Kate did not find love in her life anymore. Professional boxing star Malik Scott grew interested with the sports personality and took his shot. They dated in private for a fair amount of time before getting engaged, to the shock of Thierry Henry and Micah Richards.
The two got married in 2024 and look like they are very sure of one another. Hopefully, nothing gets in the way of their marriage now. Kate has kept her life in private for the most part but football fans all over the world are surely happy that she found her lover after all these years of being single and dealing with the divorce.
