Pete Rose is a beloved figure for every MLB fan. The way he swung the bat was just very unique and it got his team huge hits late in games too. Despite his luck on the field, he has struggled quite a bit with his personal relationships and just love in general. Up to his last breath, he kept trying to find love again. So, did he find it before his time came to come back to his creator?
Well, yes. Despite getting married and divorced twice before, Pete Rose made an effort to find love again in the late years of his life. He was engaged to Kiana Kim for about 10 years and the two had plans of getting married too. However, this did not materialize because of the legend's untimely passing.
Regardless, the two enjoyed over a decade of love together which is what matters. Kim did not have any children with Rose but this did not mean that they were not able to express their love for each other in various ways. The MLB legend shielded the love of his life from a lot of vitriol while they were dating. A lot of the criticism came from the fact that she was about 40 years younger than him.
Kim was with Rose up until he passed on the 30th of September in 2024. There was a lot of controversy which shrouded their love for each other but it did not bother the two. This story might just be a testament about how love eventually finds someone despite the age gap or difference in their upbringing.
