Tom Brady was not the only athlete in their household while he was growing up. His sisters were insanely talented that one would think that everyone in their home was gifted with a genetic predisposition to dominate a sport. Julie Brady is one of these sisters and she naturally gravitated towards someone who could understand the pursuit of being an athlete. Who did she date and eventually ended up marrying?
Well, it's none other than Kevin Youkilis. The two met at a fundraising event in 2011. She was there to support Nancy, her sister, and he was present because Mike O'Malley hosted the event. Their paths crossed which led to the two dating and liking each other. They got married just a year after meeting and the two seem to have been very loving.
Youkilis would eventually retire from baseball in 2014 and start his own brew pub. Julie Brady, on the other hand, went on to pursue a career in education. Their love continued to grow which gave way to the birth of two children. As of the moment, these lovers have been very hands-on with raising their kids and finding ways to optimize their household together.
The former Golden Glove winner may look like such a big figure to most but he actually attributes all the happiness he gets to his wife: “My beautiful wife Julie is the captain of the ship in our household who keeps us all together with her amazing patience and laid back approach. Luckily, I have been able to be home a lot to enjoy my kids and see them grow. My relationship with my little ones has grown so much more than it would have if I still played baseball. The amount of time you spend at the field and on the road is really rough on the family life."
