Meet CeeDee Lamb's mom, Leta Ramirez

Every mom in the world wants to see their kid shine no matter what. CeeDee Lamb, for instance, has a clear path to stardom but might be getting bogged down by the often tumultuous Dallas Cowboys system. It was no other than his mom who spoke out and even dissed Dak Prescott for being subpar during the 2023 season. This may have caused a rift in the team but it was a great display of motherly love nonetheless. So, who is the star wide receiver's mother?
Leta Ramirez is CeeDee Lamb's mom. She formerly worked as a medical assistant and got her high school diploma from Northshore. Eventually, Cliff Ramirez and her would cross paths. The two went on a lot of dates before becoming an official couple. Things did not quite work out between the two which led to their eventual separation.
She took on a lot of jobs in order to give the best life to the Cowboys wide receiver. Things like tough commutes and not being able to have proper sleep were just some of the challenges that she braved. This is why CeeDee always remembers to thank her for everything that she has done: “My mom, growing up, she’s always been a hard worker, always striving to do anything in her power to make sure that we, me and my brothers, had food. With only one car, five of us boys were often running on about four hours of sleep, five days a week. It was tough on her, and I knew it. So, every day in practice, I didn’t just have fun; I played with intent.”
A lot of players tend to play because they want to make a name for themselves while others are just in it for the cash. The Cowboys wide receiver is different from most stars. His rise to stardom was powered by the fact that he had a mom who did everything in her power to make life comfortable despite the odds.
