Fan Arch Monthly Signed 8×10 Giveaway

1.Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Fan Arch Sports LLC, 2401 NW Boca Raton Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33431 ("Sponsor"). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any professional sports league, team, player, or any social media platform.

2.Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3.Promotion Period

The Promotion runs on a continuous monthly basis until Sponsor elects to discontinue it. Each calendar month is a separate "Entry Period," beginning 12:00:00 a.m. ET on the first day of the month and ending 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the month. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4.How to Enter

Free email entry: Subscribe to Fan Arch email updates using the signup form on any Fan Arch show page at fanarch.com. Subscribing enters you into the Promotion. You remain entered automatically in each subsequent Entry Period for as long as you stay subscribed. There is no cost and no purchase is ever required.

Free mail-in alternate entry: Alternatively, hand-print your full name, email address, and the words "Fan Arch Giveaway" on a 3"×5" card and mail it to the Sponsor address in Section 1. Each mailed card received during an Entry Period counts as one (1) entry for that period. Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period regardless of method. Both methods have an equal chance of winning.

5.Winner Selection & Odds

For each Entry Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entrants subscribed (or whose valid mail entry was received) as of the drawing date, held within five (5) business days after the Entry Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entrants for that Entry Period. No entrant may win more than once in any calendar year.

6.Prize

One (1) prize is awarded each Entry Period: a single autographed 8"×10" photograph of one professional sports player — current or former — from a team chosen by the winner. The winner selects their preferred team; the specific player depicted is determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion based on available inventory. Approximate retail value (ARV): $50. Prize is non-transferable; no cash equivalent or substitution except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per person per calendar year.

7.Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided. The winner must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim the prize and provide a valid U.S. mailing address. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

8.Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Because the prize value is under $600, Sponsor does not anticipate issuing a Form 1099; however, winners are responsible for any applicable tax reporting.

9.Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10.General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it cannot be run as planned. These Official Rules become final once an Entry Period begins and may not be changed for that period.

11.Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release Sponsor and its officers, owners, and agents from any liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12.Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at fanarch.com/policies/privacy-policy. Email addresses provided through signup may be used to send Fan Arch updates and marketing, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.

13.Governing Law

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All entrants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

14.Winners List

To request the name of a monthly winner, email customerservice@fanarch.com with the subject "Winners List" within sixty (60) days after the relevant Entry Period.
