The Dallas Cowboys became the first NFL franchise to surpass the $10 billion valuation mark, according to Sportico, who released their valuation list on Tuesday.
The Jerry Jones-owned squad was valued at $9 billion in February but has improved to $10.32 billion this time, putting them head and shoulders above the rest.
The Los Angeles Rams ($7.79 billion), New York Giants ($7.65 billion), New England Patriots ($7.31 billion), and the San Francisco 49ers ($6.86 billion) round out the Top 5.
The Dallas Cowboys are coming off yet another disappointing campaign. They compiled a 12-5 record to finish on top of the NFC East and second overall in the NFC but were eliminated by the Green Bay Packers in the Wild Card round.
Dallas Cowboys have yet to resolve their CeeDee Lamb situation
Despite their $10.32 billion valuation, the Dallas Cowboys remain hesitant to hand out a new contract to star wideout CeeDee Lamb.
CeeDee Lamb has held out of the team's summer training camp, as both sides continue their contract negotiations.
The three-time Pro Bowler is entering the final year of his rookie contract, so he's hoping to land a lucrative extension with the Dallas Cowboys soon.
Lamb was the league's reception leader last season, notching 1,749 yards and 12 touchdowns on 135 catches.
