Will the Packers start Jordan Love vs. Titans?

It has not been an easy three weeks for the Green Bay Packers. They were planning to replicate their miracle run with Jordan Love replacing Aaron Rodgers for straight seasons. As fate would have it, their star signal-caller got injured in the penultimate drive of their Week 1 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Will Coach Matt LaFleur get his quarterback soon, perhaps against the Tennessee Titans? Those chances look bleak and we'll discuss why.
What is Jordan Love's injury?
The Packers quarterback is currently recovering from an MCL tear. This was a result of Jalen Carter pulling down his leg in hopes to get the signal-caller to miss his target on the second to the last drive in Week 1. Unfortunately, Love could not get up easily and struggled to walk back to the sidelines.
This type of tear usually takes at least three weeks to heal which means that Matt LaFleur are likely going to err on the side of caution such that Love is ready to make a run in the middle of the season.
Did the Packers upgrade his status?
With all positive intentions in mind, Green Bay has changed Love's status from OUT to QUESTIONABLE in their Week 3 clash against the Titans. However, the chances of him actually entering the field is slim to none.
After all, Malik Willis knows this Titans system too well for him not to maximize the amount of snaps possible in the game. With a chip on his shoulder and a healthy body, he could surely deliver better against the squad that formerly drafted him.
