It has been abundantly clear that the Philadelphia Eagles are going to stick around with Jalen Hurts as their quarterback for a really long time. After all, he has proven himself as a dual threat signal-caller while also having good chemistry with people on the team. So, he got rewarded with a huge contract that secures his long-term tenure with the team. How did he spend this cash and did he make good investments?
Jalen Hurts seems to be very financially literate with his spending. He just signed a $255 million deal with the Eagles which will last about five years. So, the way he celebrated was to consolidate his real estate portfolio and have his money grow along with it. After all, land and properties only increase their value over time.
The Eagles star is currently renting an apartment near their facility but this cannot fool the keen eye. He has four known properties to the public which leave fans in awe. The first of which was 2,350 square foot home that has three bed rooms for his parents. This property is currently situated in Texas and his parents are often seen there.
He also has a 1950s-style mansion which costs about $6 million because of amenities like a pool and its insane measurement of six acres. Not to mention, Hurts also bought the $2.68 million home next to his mansion for some privacy. To top it all off, he gifted his mother a 3,000 square foot home worth $500,000 back in 2020.
