Couples who are of different sports tend to make a lot of waves throughout the media world. Jonathan Owens, for instance, got blasted for not knowing how great of an athlete Simone Biles was before they started talking to one another. The two have been free from scrutiny since then but it looks like fans are asking them a big question. When are they going to have a child?
Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens do not have a kid yet. This is despite the fact that they have been married for about over a year now. Their primary focus is to achieve more things in their career without the pressure of having to maintain a family first. She could be making another bid to join the Team USA Olympics team in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Owens might want to focus on getting the Chicago Bears back into title contention after decades of not being able to reach the Super Bowl.
This does not mean that they are not considering having a child though. In fact, they are actually talking about welcoming a third member to their family a lot. However, their priorities always comes first as professional athletes: "We both have goals we’d like to achieve before starting a family. We would have had kids yesterday if he could have.”
As of the moment, Biles is keeping up her conditioning such that she could be on the same level as Jordan Chiles, Sunisa Lee, and the other young guns who are making a name for themselves. Owens, on the other hand, is holding on to his roster spot with the Bears and hoping that the squad could finish above .500 when the season wraps up.
