Scottie Barnes has been the subject of a lot of vitriol and criticism over how he acts on the court. The Toronto Raptors forward surely needs someone that holds him down whenever tough times come. Thankfully, he has that in his girlfriend.
You read that right! Scottie Barnes is taken and is happily in a relationship. After getting bashed a lot by his ex, the Raptors star revealed that he is very much in love with Alyssa Rae Holmes. There is not much information as to how the two hit it off but Barnes seems very committed to her.
In fact, the two are already expecting a baby. Barnes announced it during one of his Twitch streams: "Ya'll seen the news. Pretty happy here. Excited for what's about to happen. Me and my shorty we having a baby. I'm happy. I'm super excited. I'm super proud. We love it. Thanks everybody for the congrats. Pretty excited can't wait for it to happen. Coming soon so we lit. Your boy happy."
As of the moment, Holmes is playing a crucial role as the Raptors forward is suffering from an injury. Hopefully, they welcome a healthy child into the world and Barnes successfully recovers from an ailment such that he could back in the court.
