The agreement states that Sheen will continue to pay Mueller's rent if she remains sober, but he will not serve as a co-signer for any new real estate moving forward.

If Mueller were to relapse, Sheen reserves the right to terminate all financial support of Mueller, leaving her responsible for any costs of securing a new residence.
