Dimensions

At 155 feet long with a 29.5-foot beam, three decks, and room for 21 passengers, Privacy is the no-joke yacht of a no joke golfer.

Though it is not the largest yacht in the world or the 18th largest, it remains one of the most prominent assets for one of the biggest celebrities in the world, and showcases the taste of a celebrity thanks to the lifestyle and wants and needs of a celebrity.

Design and Construction

The Privacy was built in 2004 by the legendary U.S. shipyard Christensen.

Technical Specifications

The 3,960-hp MTU/Detroit Diesel powered fiberglass motor yacht has a 29-foot beam and is a three-deck series-built expedition yacht.

Two MTU engines make it possible for the yacht to move at a speed for easy cruising at 16 knots (18.4 mph/29.6 kph) and travel over 4,000 nautical miles (4,600 miles/7,408 km).

Crew and Operational Costs

It has a crew of nine and costs about $2 million a year to run, according to the company.

As Woods is known for his well-appointed lifestyle on the high seas his yacht Privacy boasts more than 12,000 gallons in fuel and 2,000 gallons of water the range and accommodations of the New Gen 47 would seem to suit his taste for luxury during long cruises.
