Famous sports siblings are nothing new. There are the Mannings in football, the Williams sisters in tennis, and the Klitschko brothers in boxing to name a few. But what's not quite as common is siblings emerging as stars, but in different sports.

The Deloach brothers - Kalen Deloach and Jalen Deloach - are doing just that, though.

Kalen Deloach, the older of the two, is now a junior linebacker at Florida State University, while Jalen Deloach is sophomore playing forward for VCU's men's basketball team.

Kalen Deloach has emerged as one of the leaders of a much-improved Seminoles defense that has been instrumental in them improving to 9-3 on the season. He is fourth on the team with 50 total tackles, is tied for third in sacks with 3.0, and leads the team with seven pass deflections.

While far from the biggest linebacker at just 6-foot-1, 211 pounds, Kalen Deloach has tremendous sideline-to-sideline speed which makes him excellent in coverage.

Not to be outdone, Jalen Deloach - who towers over his older brother at 6-foot-9, 215 pounds - is having a fine start to the new season for VCU. He has started all five of the Rams' games thus far and is averaging 6.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks, leading the team in the latter two categories.

Jalen Deloach's offensive game still has a ways to go - he is only shooting 43% from the field - but he is already playing his current role as a rim protector and rebounder quite well, which is a positive sign for the team.

Without a doubt, the best is yet to come from the Deloach brothers, who are already doing awesome in their respective college sports but are still so young and have so much more room to grow.
