Coaches in college and high school football change a lot. However, great players on the gridiron always have someone who keeps them grounded despite the shakeups in their career. Jalen Milroe has exactly that with his parents. A lot of his success is because they were able to help him grow both as a person and a quarterback. Let's get to meet the people who raised him.
Discipline is the top virtue in the household that Jalen Milroe grew up in. He was born to Lola and Quentin Milroe on the 13th of January in 2002. Both of the Alabama football star's parents were tasked to protect the country. His mother was part of the Navy while his father was part of the US Marines. In fact, Quentin would go on to be stationed in Iraq when Jalen was just young.
Despite these huge commitments to the country and flag, they made sure that their son was properly taken care of. Any endeavors that Jalen wanted to pursue were fully supported. When he fell in love with football, the two ensured that they would be able to see him play. This is why it means so much to Kalen DeBoer's signal-caller whenever his parents make time in order to watch him.
Milroe has a lot of tough battles to face in the coming months. He also has a big decision between staying within the Alabama Crimson Tide system for one more year or leaving the squad such that he could declare for the 2025 NFL Draft. Regardless of the tough nature of the decision, he will always have his parents by his side to help him.
