Bulldogs Don't Fear Hurricanes: Carson Beck and Hanna Cavinder's Rough Love Story

Vitriol is all part of being a public figure - college athletes, unfortunately, are also part of that category. Despite the numerous accolades that Carson Beck brought to the Georgia Bulldogs, he is not safe from the harsh words of their fans. In fact, even his girlfriend, Hanna Cavinder, also received some comments from one of the biggest college football fan bases.
Carson Beck and Hanna Cavinder have only started dating recently. He was on a path to becoming one of the top picks in the 2025 NFL Draft while also being a solid selection to win the Heisman Trophy. Unfortunately, Coach Kirby Smart's squad fell quite a bit during the season and their quarterback was blamed for his poor performances. At some point, Bulldogs fans directed their anger to Cavinder because she seemed like a distraction.
Things went south really quick because the Georgia faithful coined the term 'Cavinder Curse' due to how Beck was performing. This went on for quite a while since the quarterback ended up not throwing touchdowns and, instead, made interceptions rain all over the field. Despite this, Cavinder has been very supportive of his boyfriend.
She currently plays basketball for the Miami Hurricanes. So, Cavinder has to take time off training and relaxation in order to support Beck. This display of love, along with sentimental and lovely posts on social media, has been enough of a driving force to keep the Bulldogs star going. Hopefully, their love continues as they continue to shut out the negative whispers that come from the college football fans.
