Bulldogs' Biggest Fans: Meet Carson Beck's Parents

Carson Beck has been incredibly resilient despite playing for one of the toughest college football programs. He has allowed Coach Kirby Smart to mold him into becoming one of the best system quarterbacks in all of the nation regardless of the injuries and vitriol. Obviously, the Georgia Bulldogs system were a big reason as to why he was able to achieve such great heights but there were people more than them who kept him going.
Tracy and Chris Beck welcomed Carson Beck on the 19th of November in 2001. From a young age, he showed great interest in becoming an athlete. Despite the two parents getting separated, they still kept in touch in order to help their son and daughter while they were growing up. The common denominator in their household? Everyone loved sports.
Chris had a nice time playing college football for the Navy Midshipmen back in the late 1980s and early 1990s. However, Carson and his father are on the opposite side of the field. His dad played middle linebacker while the Georgia football star thrived as a quarterback. However, being polar opposites of one another helped hone Carson's game because his dad would help him maneuver over tough defensive calls at a young age.
Tracy, on the other hand, was also involved with sports. At one point, she was a cheerleader for the Washington Bullets. After that stint in the NBA, she ended up working for schools in Florida's Duval County. The Bulldogs quarterback's younger sister, Kylie, had more of a bond with her as she pursued modelling and pageantry.
All of them come together whenever Carson has a game. Hopefully, the Becks are all able to support the signal-caller as he undergoes a tough time being sidelined due to injuries during the College Football Playoff up to when he goes into the NFL Draft process.
