At 31, one might think that Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green is no longer the dominant force he once was in the league. Don’t tell him that, though, as Green won’t be too pleased with all this slander.

Dray recently took to Instagram to take a shot at his haters as he flexed some of his most jaw-dropping stat lines from the previous season. For good measure, Green had to drag LeBron James into the conversation as the former inducted himself into the “all-washed” team alongside the Los Angeles Lakers star:

“@kingjames the washed king but I’m somewhere on the all washed team too,” Green wrote.

For what it’s worth, Green averaged 7.0 points, 7.1 rebounds, a career-best 8.9 assists, and 1.7 steals last season. So much for being washed, right?

Much has been made about the return of Klay Thompson to the Warriors lineup next season. It’s true that Klay’s absence over the past two seasons may have been the biggest missing piece for the Dubs, and that his return could propel Golden State back to title contention this coming season.

However, what must not be overlooked is the role Draymond Green will play for the Warriors in 2021-22. He’s always been one of the most underappreciated players for the Dubs and it looks like he’s going to be taking a similar role for Golden State in what they’re hoping will be a redemption run for them this season.
