During the 1st episode of the Crazy Faith Podcast Jasmine Todd sat down with 400m specialist and 2016 Olympic Bronze medalist and discussed the recent empowerment of women in track and field having families.

In recent years elite female athletes such as Nia Ali & Allyson Felix both have started families and kept there dominance on the track. During the podcast interview Ashley talks about the trials and tribulations of being a track athlete trying to have a family. Spencer went on to say 

"I shouldn't have to pick between my career and having a family"

This sentences echoes across the whole track community due the lack of embrace female athletes starting families were feeling. Thankfully in recent years small steps forward have started in the world of track and field and we are excited to see what these "Track Moms" have in store!
