Manti Malietau Louis Te'o was born on January 26, 1991 in Laie, Hawaii and he was built to play the game of football from the day he stepped onto the earth.
He played highschool football at Punahou High School; where he showed his talent in football and led his team to the first state championship ever.
He won many awards in high school, including the Butkus Award (best linebacker in the country), for his excellent performance.
After high school, Te'o signed for the University of Notre Dame, and was doing so well on their football field.

Life as an NFL Pro
Manti Te'o, a star on the college football field, had moved on to the NFL Draft now that his amateur career was over. He had been drafted by the San Diego Chargers in 2013 and his NFL journey was underway.
After overcoming injury and an uneven initial season, Te'o proved his mettle en route to a four-year deal worth $5.2 million with the Chargers.
Te'o then would go on to play for the New Orleans Saints and the Chicaco Bears.
Though he endured setbacks like both injuries and controversy, Te'o was above average on the gridiron, recording 400 career tackles and demonstrating a workmanlike approach to his craft.
His most lucrative year came in 2017 with the New Orleans Saints when he made roughly $5 million.
